Joan Richardson launched JCR Enterprises, LLC in 2010 because of her desire to help other professionals find and create their own success.  Joan is a Consultant and Executive Business Coach in the Dallas-FT Worth, Texas area.  Joan is a certified executive business coach utilizing the Honoree Method of Coaching.  She has previous experience as COO, Director of Operations, VP, Managing Broker, Director of Administration and Financial Officer in industries including publishing, training, finance, construction, and real estate, both commercial and residential. She has a marketing degree from Texas State University along with 30 + years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience.

Joan currently serves as Vice Chair of the Salvation Army Plano Advisory Council and is on the Board of Your Executive Symphony (YES).
